Join the Friends

The Penn Area Library’s Friends of the Library group provides volunteer help and supplemental funds for special projects and collections that the library could not otherwise afford. Contact the Penn Area Library for more information about joining the Friends group or come to their meetings, which are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 9:30 a.m.

Friends of Penn Area Library hold three used book sales throughout the year. We accept donated items for our book sales year round. Below is a list of items that we can accept and what should be recycled.
